Who will I deal with?
One dedicated account manager handles your order from A to Z: sourcing, pricing, quality, shipping, insurance and documents. You never have to chase several people.
Do I need to travel to India?
No. Our team visits the suppliers, checks production and sends you photos, video and inspection reports. Many clients never need to visit.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the product. Many clients start with a trial order of one to two tonnes, or a few pallets of packaged goods, before moving to full containers.
How do you charge?
We quote you a price per unit or per tonne, delivered to the basis you choose (ex works, FOB or CIF). Our fee is built into that price, so there are no surprise charges.
What payment terms do you offer?
Flexible terms to suit your business: a deposit with the balance against shipping documents, a letter of credit, or credit terms for established clients.
Do you handle import documents for my country?
Yes. We prepare the documents required by the regulations of your country, such as certificates of origin, phytosanitary and health certificates, lab reports and labelling, ready for your customs broker.
How long does an order take?
Samples usually take one to two weeks. Production takes three to six weeks for most products, then sea freight adds two to six weeks depending on your port.
Can you work to our government tender requirements?
Yes. We prepare supplier capacity statements, compliance documents and inspection plans to match tender requirements.
