What we collect
When you send an enquiry, subscribe to our newsletter or apply for a job, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, company, email, phone number, country and the details of your requirement. If you apply for a job, we also collect the link to your video, your LinkedIn profile if you give it, and anything else you choose to tell us.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, manage orders, send The SRV Trade Letter if you subscribed, consider job applications, and run our business. We only watch application videos through the link you send us, and you can remove access at any time by changing the sharing settings or deleting the video. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We may share relevant details with suppliers, inspection agencies, logistics providers, insurers and financial institutions where needed to fulfil your order, and with service providers who host our website and email. Some of these parties are located outside Australia, including in India, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates.
